These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PFARMOUR website and software. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
PFARMOUR is a branded technological tool developed by THE JAZZ FINTECH, the branded Fintech division of BROKTRADING LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (Reg. Number HE 342927), with registered address at Orfeos Street 2B, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus, provided for informational and risk-monitoring purposes only. It does not provide investment advice, financial research, trading recommendations, or any other regulated service.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use risk-management software. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the rules of any prop firm or broker you work with.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Use of the Software is at all times subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
