Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement describes the support and availability commitments for the PFARMOUR service.

1. Support

We aim to respond to support requests sent to info@pfarmour.com within one working day. Support covers installation, configuration and use of the Software.

2. Availability

We target high availability for our hosted components, while acknowledging that the core Software runs locally on your own machine and depends on your environment and your broker connections.

3. Maintenance

Planned maintenance of hosted components will be scheduled to minimise disruption. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

4. Exclusions

This agreement does not cover issues caused by third-party platforms, broker outages, or factors outside our reasonable control.
