End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to install and use the PFARMOUR software.
1. Licence grant
THE JAZZ FINTECH, the branded Fintech division of BROKTRADING LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (Reg. Number HE 342927), with registered address at Orfeos Street 2B, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on devices you control, solely for your own risk-monitoring purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, or reverse engineer the Software, nor remove any proprietary notices. The licence does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.
3. Local operation
The Software runs locally on your machine. You are responsible for the security of the device on which it is installed and for any data you process with it.
4. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.
